• Successfully opposing an interlocutory application commenced under s 1324 of the Corporations Act in the Supreme Court of Western Australia (BRUSA -v- BRUSA [2020] WASC 362 (4 November 2020)) 

• Successfully obtaining a declaration in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, establishing the existence of a right-of-way over an adjacent to our client's property (MADDI DEVELOPMENTS PTY LTD -v- PERPETUAL TRUSTEES WA LTD as the executor of the will of KATHLEEN MARY KENNY [2019] WASC 253 (10 July 2019)
